Flights usually originate from our primary location - Warren Co. airport, Lebanon. Passengers will have a bird's eye view of Warren County and surrounding suburbs. Enjoy complimentary bottle water & soft drinks, champagne available for passengers over 21 post flight with souvenir champagne cups. Flight certificates & non-alcoholic sparking are available upon request.

HOMESTEAD FLIGHT

We bring the balloon, pilot & crew to you!
What a way to have a bird's eye view of your house!

Define your memorable moment with our location flight service, where the balloon takes-off from YOUR location. Our pilots review aeronautical charts and maps for feasibility. Air fare includes up to 2 (two) passengers.  Enjoy complimentary bottle water & soft drinks throughout your excursion. Champagne will be available for passengers over 21 post flight with souvenir champagne cups. Flight certificates* & non-alcoholic sparking* are available upon request.

Inflation areas require a minimum grass space 250' by 250', free and clear of all obstacles, such as buildings, trees, ponds, fences, animals & livestock, overhead telephone and electric lines and accessible by vehicle.  Mileage surcharge billed at $0.89 per mile round trip for all location flights.  Restrictions & limitations apply regarding location of launch areas, size of launch areas, wind speed & direction, visibility & cloud layers, proximity to air space & unfavorable flying & landing areas.  All FAA imposed restrictions adhered.   Additional charges apply for on site inspections. Any locations located inside Cincinnati’s I275 loop or Dayton’s I675 loop will be considered ‘Metro’ flights.  All pricing and restrictions apply.  Please see the Metro package for details.

SITE INSPECTIONS – Starting at $50

Balloon activities require 250' by 250', free and clear of all obstacles, such as buildings, trees, ponds, fences, overhead telephone and electric lines and accessible by vehicle. To help clear up any questions about your location, we may recommend a site inspection for tethers and special location launches. A mileage surcharge of $0.69 per mile round trip will incur for all site inspections regardless if the area is suitable for tethering or launching.

METRO FLIGHT

View the city and or perimeter from a vantage point not shared with many others. You’ll have one step over the traffic helicopter!!

Keeping safety in mind, we strive for actual flights over either city.  Pending wind, weather, flight restrictions and other flight data sometimes alters flight locations to ‘near’ as possible to city limits instead, rather than over the congested metropolitan center. Our pilots review aeronautical charts and maps for feasibility of multiple launch locations.

WEDDING FLIGHT

A truly unique way to tie the knot!! Our chief pilot is one of the ministers that will perform the ceremony, in mid flight. And we're not full of hot air!

Flights usually originate from our primary location - Warren Co. airport, Lebanon.  Enjoy complimentary bottle water & soft drinks throughout your wedding ceremony (remember no facilities on board).  You may write your own vows for your ceremony if you wish, or standard wedding vows recited, supplied by the minister.

BED & BREAKFAST FLIGHT

We are excited to announce we have partnered with one of Lebanon’s premier bed and breakfast inns, the Hatfield Inn.   Guests stay at the Inn and enjoy the serene country sounds and surroundings. Choose a soothing sunrise flight or an exhilarating evening flight.  All flights depend on weather, of course.  Passengers board the balloon for an EXCLUSIVE hot air balloon flight launch right from your B&B’s front yard.  Enjoy complimentary bottle water & soft drinks throughout your excursion.  Post flight presentation includes a souvenir champagne gift pack, yours to keep!  Includes a bottle of Korbel champagne*, two souvenir champagne flutes and two souvenir glow cubes. Also, flight certificates available upon request, however we ask for these arrangements to be made prior to the day of the flight.
