Business Hours
Inquiry responses occur during our business hours. With the Hot Air Ballooning peak season of spring, summer and fall in Lebanon, Ohio, including surrounding suburbs of Cincinnati and Dayton.
Office and phone hours differ from flight times. Hot air balloon flights originate at sunrise and 2.5 hours prior to sunset. Scheduling occurs nearly every day.
Please keep in mind, pending weather and flight schedules our hours vary. Please leave a voicemail if we are not available.**
Our daily office & phone hours are:
In Season: April 1 - October 31 Monday-Saturday: 11 am to 5 pm Sunday: Noon to 5 pm.
Off Season: November 1 - December 31 Monday-Friday: 11 am to 5 pm. Saturday: Noon to 5 pm. Sunday: Closed.
January 1 to March 31 Monday-Friday: 11 am to 5 pm. Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
Holidays: Day prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve's: 11 am - 2pm
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day the office is closed no flights offered.
